It IS a difficult film to watch, but one that bears watching. People have no idea what goes on in the food industry and it's a nice eye-opener, makes them think.

Love this list and I have most of these already, so I completely agree with your choices! Also, you're so right about Earthlings. I don't think I had any idea what I was getting into when I put it in my DVD player. I had to turn it off a couple of times because I was a complete blubbery mess, but I turned it back on and got through it. Despite my difficulties with watching it, I still think it's worth watching. It's just something you have to be prepared for, that's for sure!
