Update on all of my crazy fitness of crazy….

The Ultimate Reset is over! Here’s what I accomplished:

  • * Down 5 pounds!
  • * Down 1.5 inches in my waist!
  • * Down 1.5 inches in my hips!
  • * Down 1 inch in my thighs!
  • * More energy
  • * Off allergy pills (YAY)

Given I was vegan to start, that’s amazing. I honestly wasn’t sure what benefits I’d have other than purely subjective: feeling good, learning new and better ways to eat, that sort of thing. But the reset was absolutely remarkable for me!

Now that it and the Coach Summit are now over (details of that summit in another post!), I’ve now started…*drumroll*…P90X2!! I’m on day three and have already done X2 Core and Plyocide, both of which were less demanding than I had expected (I suspect the energy given to me from the reset helped IMMENSELY with that) and also more challenging. I only had to modify a couple of the workouts, and the foam roller is seriously divine. I really do think that the warmups and cooldowns are awesome.

I’ll give more updates on it as it goes on, and once I manage to find better software for the video blogging I’ll get back to that. The delays and slow motion movements are a tad distracting.

In the meantime…feeling great and continuing to push play!
