I’m compiling all of these resources into a single blog post as I’m often repeating them to others, so I hope they’ll be useful to readers of this blog. 🙂
Some advice from me: ANY lifestyle and/or diet change requires research. Expect to make mistakes, just learn from them versus beating yourself up over them. Whether you’re just looking for more meatless meals, looking to transition post Ultimate Reset, or going full blown vegan or even raw vegan, know what you need to eat in order to be healthy and feel good. If you have allergies, you’re probably already used to reading labels and being cautious. Being vegan isn’t all that different, except for many of us we’re choosing to avoid these things versus having to out of necessity. For others, it may be a combination of both.
These are just a few out of the myriad of resources out there, and I’m sure this page may be updated as time goes on and more excellent resources and research are made available. So bookmark this page and keep checking back! 🙂
The Ultimate Reset is over! Here’s what I accomplished:
* Down 5 pounds!
* Down 1.5 inches in my waist!
* Down 1.5 inches in my hips!
* Down 1 inch in my thighs!
* More energy
* Off allergy pills (YAY)
Given I was vegan to start, that’s amazing. I honestly wasn’t sure what benefits I’d have other than purely subjective: feeling good, learning new and better ways to eat, that sort of thing. But the reset was absolutely remarkable for me!
Now that it and the Coach Summit are now over (details of that summit in another post!), I’ve now started…*drumroll*…P90X2!! I’m on day three and have already done X2 Core and Plyocide, both of which were less demanding than I had expected (I suspect the energy given to me from the reset helped IMMENSELY with that) and also more challenging. I only had to modify a couple of the workouts, and the foam roller is seriously divine. I really do think that the warmups and cooldowns are awesome.
I’ll give more updates on it as it goes on, and once I manage to find better software for the video blogging I’ll get back to that. The delays and slow motion movements are a tad distracting.
In the meantime…feeling great and continuing to push play!
If you decide to keep the challenge pack after the thirty days, you’ll be billed accordingly for the pack. Each pack comes with the workout program including basic equipment, nutrition planner, and fitness guide, Shakeology in your choice of flavor plus bag versus single serving packets, and a 30 day free trial club membership to Team Beachbody. You will also get FREE coaching from me, and those who get the P90X challenge pack have a bonus–you’ll be receiving coaching and additional training from a P90X Certified Coach!
There are ways to earn the money to pay for the pack in 30 days, and I definitely recommend contacting me to find out how.
This is the best opportunity for you both financially and for your health, and I can’t recommend it enough. Take advantage of it while it’s available!
Yup, I passed the written and practical exams during the certification weekend here in Boston, and I am now P90X Certified! I can’t wait to use it to help others change their lives through this amazing workout. It’s definitely one of my favorite Beachbody programs, and I love Tony Horton’s style!
